The Isaacs is a family group that started performing music that crosses gospel, country, bluegrass and Americana in the early 1970s. They moved to Hendersonville in 2000. Even though the group has had several lineup changes, Lily Isaacs has remained the core member. Born in Poland, Lily's family immigrated to the U.S. in the 1950s. She began singing and acting at Woodstock Playhouse. In 1992, her husband and children began to perform regularly as a family group, quickly becoming known as The Isaacs. The Isaacs moved to Hendersonville as their career centered around the Grand Ole Opry and Nashville recording sessions. The family has appeared on hundreds of recordings including Dolly Parton, Reba McEntire, Trace Adkins, Trisha Yearwood and others.

Discover all the fun to be had in Hendersonville, famously known as the "city by the lake" as it's situated close to Old Hickory Lake.
